This is the April pack in a monthly series called “Print – that’s it!” It contains printable math and literacy activities that are little to no prep and are geared toward kindergarten age students.

Leaping Lily Pads – Solve the addition problems. Glue the frog with the correct answer in the box.

Subtraction Splash – Solve the subtraction problems. Glue the duck with the correct answer in the box.

Add It Up! – Solve the equations and write the answers in the boxes. Use the number line to help you.

Take It Away! – Solve the equations and write the answers in the boxes. Use the number line to help you.

April Graphing – Count and Graph the April Items

Cloudy Count by 10’s – Start at 10. Count by 10’s and write the numbers 10 to 100 on the clouds.

Get Hoppin’! – Start at 5. Count by 5’s and write the numbers 5 to 50 on the lily pads.

Make 10 – Fill in the ten frames to show how many more to make 10. Write the full equation on the lily pads

Hop to 30 – Write a number in each lily pad starting at 1.

Tally the Flowers – Read the numbers on the flowers. Cut and glue the matching tally marks on the squares below.

Base 10 Bunnies – Count the base 10 blocks on the eggs. Write the total in the box on the bunnies.

Egg Hunt for 5 – Solve the problems on the eggs. If they equal 5, color them! If not, put an x on them.

Egg Hunt for 6 – Solve the problems on the eggs. If they equal 6, color them! If not, put an x on them.

Egg Hunt for 7 – Solve the problems on the eggs. If they equal 7, color them! If not, put an x on them.

Egg Hunt for 8 – Solve the problems on the eggs. If they equal 8, color them! If not, put an x on them.

Egg Hunt for 9 – Solve the problems on the eggs. If they equal 9, color them! If not, put an x on them.

Egg Hunt for 10 – Solve the problems on the eggs. If they equal 10, color them! If not, put an x on them.

Roll, Add, and Color – Roll two dice. Find the sum and color the tulip.

Roll, Subtract, and Color – Roll two dice. Subtract the smaller number from the larger number. Use the number line to help you. Find and color the answer.

Spring Story Problems (2 pages) Listen to or read the word problem below. Use the box to solve it with pictures, numbers, and words.

Emergent Reader – “April” Contains seasonal themes and sight words. Simply print 2 sided, cut in half and staple!
