Pick and Write Letters
This Pick and Write Letters Activity is versatile and requires almost no prep! Laminate or slip the printables into a dry erase pocket sleeve and use with dry erase markers. Or just print them and use them with a pencil or other fun writing tool!
This pack includes 3 versions so start by choosing the page with the appropriate writing line for your students. Students pick a letter manipulative, put it in the box on the page, and practice writing that letter.
Hungry Hippo
We’ve got just the activity that will have your kiddos extra excited for center time! This printable Hungry Hippo Game is perfect for working on both letter recognition skills and letter sounds.
To play, kids choose a letter card and say its name and/or sound. Then they can feed the hippo the matching letter manipulative by putting it in his mouth.
Letter Sorting Mats
These Letter Sorting Mats provide 5 different print-and-go activities! Sort letter manipulatives by uppercase/lowercase, straight/curved side, holes/no holes, vowels/consonants, or by their colors.
Plus, the color mat is EDITABLE so you can type the colors of letters you have or the colors you would like your students to work on!
Super Sight Words
Another “super” fun AND editable activity included in this pack is the Super Sight Words Game! You get to decide and type in the words you want your students to work on.
After printing and cutting apart the cards with your chosen words, kids will choose a sight word card and use letters to spell the word in the box.
Alphabet Park Letter Mats
These Alphabet Park Letter Mats add a fun outdoor theme to your literacy centers! Choose between the uppercase or lowercase mats – both versions are included.
This matching activity is so effective in strengthening letter recognition skills and fine motor skills as students pick up the letters and place them in their correct places on the mat!

Recognizing beginning and especially ending sounds can be tricky. This Letters for Lunch Activity is a hands-on way to work on both! Choose between 4 beginning sound mats or 4 ending sound mats with corresponding recording sheets.
