Easter Activities and Centers
This Easter Activities BUNDLE includes 8 literacy centers and 9 math centers that are great for independent work or small groups. Most activities come with multiple levels so you can choose what’s just right for your students. Our favorite activity may be the editable sight word center that is perfect for customization and differentiation!
Check out a few of the activities in this Easter resource pack below…
Easter Basket Counting Mats
These hands-on Easter basket counting mats come with 2 versions so you can meet the needs of all your students.
Use playdough or other manipulatives as “eggs” or “jellybeans” to fill up the Easter baskets after reading the number on the basket. One set comes with numerals to 12 for your early learners. The second set comes with number words to 12 for students ready for an extra challenge.
Jumping Jelly Beans
In this fun printable activity, students pick a jelly bean card and say the letter name. Find and color the jelly bean with the matching letter. To make this a quick prep literacy center, I recommend laminating the jelly bean cards for durability and then you simply need to print new recording sheets for each student.
This activity comes in both uppercase and lowercase versions!
10 Eggs in a Basket
Learning to make 10 can take lots of practice and hands-on learning. This 10 Eggs in a Basket activity is great for keeping students interested and engaged.
Pick a card and count the eggs on each side. Find the letter of that card and record the equation in the box to make a sum of 10. This game is great for both letter recognition and addition to 10.
Alphabet Clip Cards
In this activity, students strengthen letter recognition skills by clipping the letter that matches the Easter egg on the clip card. This pack includes 2 matching options for differentiation – uppercase to uppercase and uppercase to lowercase.
These alphabet clip cards also provide great fine motor skills practice as students clip the clothespins onto the letter cards.

Your students will love all of the engaging, hands-on literacy activities! Build and strengthen skills like:
- CVC words
- CVCe words
