Upper and Lowercase Letter Sort

Getting a new class is like opening a new box of crayons- you won’t know how well it will work until you test it, right?

Assess your learners’ knowledge of upper and lower case letters with this free printable upper and lowercase letter sort pack!

Simply print, copy and use!

After a quick explanation on which colors to use, learners can easily complete this worksheet independently (assuming your learners are familiar with upper and lower case letters).

Let them circle and underline the correct colors as shown below while you explain the instruction.

This visual cue will help those unsure of the verbal instruction and give a reminder for our young learners about which colors to use.

You may also choose to write an uppercase letter in red and a lowercase letter in green near the directions as another visual cue.
